The Seven Last Words

    The Seven Last Words

In 1786 a letter from Spain arrived at the remote Hungarian estate of Esterházy. Would Franz Joseph Haydn compose a work for the Good Friday mass in Cadíz? It must be based on the Seven Last Words of Christ. Join Marinus artists as they perform this monumental string quartet. A guest speaker will partner with them to give short reflections on each Word.
